Our Story

 

Bagels… a staple breakfast item of the North East. Bagels are beloved in the North East for many reasons. Soft with a slight crunch, fluffy yet dense, savory, sweet, spicy… The perfect blend to start off any day on the right note. Our bagels come by way of New Jersey. My name is Nick and I moved to Middle Tennessee from NJ in 2019. Shortly there after, I realized my favorite breakfast staple did not exist here in the same fashion. After getting a friend from Georgia, Cory, hooked on REAL bagels, we fell on the idea to begin making our own bagels. With some help from my hometown bagel shop owner back in New Jersey, we created our own recipe and got to work.

Currently working out of a commercial kitchen, we use authentic New York style bagel making methods to bake our bagels to perfection. Our dough is made with only the best ingredients and then proofed, boiled, and baked to perfection just like any that you can find in NYC. We offer a diverse variety of flavors, providing something for every pallet. We are more than confident that we will be your new, or maybe first, favorite bagel place!

Currently, we provide our bagels through wholesale to local coffee shops, cafes, etc. Saturday mornings you can find us at the Murfreesboro farmers market located on the square!
